About

In 2006 after being diagnosed with a food allergy, I decided to dive into discovering what I could do to bring myself back to wellness. After many years, I have found what works for me which includes clean eating, exercise and supporting my health with essential oils. In August 2019, I completed a 1 year Health Coach training course through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am also a Premier Leader with dōTERRA Essential Oils. I love sharing my knowledge in order to help people improve and protect their health. I am devoted to health: body, mind and spirit. In June 2017, I completed Gabby Bernstein's Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1 Training. In April 2018, I continued on my spiritual path and was trained in Transcendental Meditation. My daily meditation practice has transformed my life. Follow along with me as I share my journey of health and wellness, meditation and what inspires me. I'll also share things that I love along the way like beauty, fashion and delicious food!
